About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support regional KPIs including transportation costs, service levels, and lead times
  • Assist in optimizing inbound and outbound deliveries for the region
  • Support transportation sourcing, provider evaluation, and auditing
  • Manage service disruptions and assist with shipment tracking and tracing
  • Support local and regional trade compliance, including export/import documentation
  • Handle freight invoice approval, coding, and processing
  • Maintain internal systems and records for transportation processes
  • Coordinate product returns and assist with expedited shipment solutions
  • Provide monthly progress reporting to the Regional Transportation Manager

Requirements

  • BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • 0-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Valid US Work Permit
  • Understanding of domestic and international transportation and distribution processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Special knowledge, certifications, or licenses in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Proficiency in additional languages
