Transportation Shuttle Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line supervision to drivers and program support staff, managing 15+ employees
• Ensure efficient and timely pull-out of all shuttle routes at the start of each shift
• Assign vehicles to routes and ensure drivers have necessary supplies and documentation
• Oversee a fleet of 20+ shuttle and support vehicles, including daily condition reviews and repair scheduling
• Manage procurement of equipment and supplies to ensure daily operations are fully stocked
• Conduct on-the-road observations to monitor on-time performance, customer service, and safe driving
• Assist in investigations regarding workplace crashes or injuries to ensure adherence to safety standards
• Perform driver coaching sessions and field audits to ensure service level compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Lead or Supervisory role
• 2+ years of driving experience (shuttle, routed, or point-to-point) using a vehicle with 10,000+ GVWR
• Valid CDL Class A, B, or C with a Passenger Endorsement
• Current and active DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years of age with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
