Transportation Shuttle Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line supervision to drivers and program support staff, overseeing 20+ employees.
• Ensure efficient and timely pull-out of all shuttle routes at the start of each shift.
• Assign vehicles to routes and ensure drivers have necessary supplies, signage, and documentation.
• Oversee a fleet of 20+ shuttle and support vehicles, reviewing daily conditions and scheduling repairs.
• Manage equipment procurement and ensure shuttles are consistently stocked with required supplies.
• Conduct on-the-road observations to monitor on-time performance, customer service, and safe driving.
• Assist in investigating workplace crashes or injuries and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor shuttle operations during peak arrival and departure times and fill in for drivers on an emergency basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Lead or Supervisory role.
• 2+ years of driving experience using a vehicle with a 10,000 GVWR or greater.
• Valid CDL Class A, B, or C License with a Passenger Endorsement.
• Current and active DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum of 21 years of age with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
