Transportation Security Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of federal organizations to identify operational and programmatic synergies.
• Develop integrated modernization plans for geographically distributed workforces.
• Create improved methods for information-sharing governance and reporting.
• Communicate fact-based assessment findings and implementation measures to Federal C-suite clients.
• Support the delivery team in managing tightly regulated procedures and mission-critical improvements.

Requirements

• Active and maintained Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Three (3) years of experience supporting DHS, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community (IC) customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management and/or Process Improvement.
• Experience in Workforce Analysis.
• Proficiency in structured research, data analytics, and data visualization development.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating workshops for Senior Government officials.
