Transportation Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate customer delivery appointments with partner carriers and customer platforms
• Support inbound and outbound transportation schedules, including product returns and rework logistics
• Generate daily temperature tracking reports and produce transportation reports for continuous improvement
• Process transportation invoices, including coding, auditing, and submission
• Manage transportation claims from initial documentation through to reimbursement
• Act as a primary liaison between internal teams, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and carriers
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams to support expedited shipment requests

Requirements

• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation or distribution operations
• Knowledge of warehousing operations and transportation modes (OTR, intermodal, parcel)
• Experience working within 3PL environments
• Proficiency with SAP and e2open / BluJay systems
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
