Transportation Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end order settlement, including data verification and invoice checking
• Maintain and update standard and non-standard rate cards for various customers and shipment types
• Organize billing records, track settlement status, and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Coordinate with carriers, customer managers, and finance teams to ensure accurate monthly settlements
• Provide ad-hoc support for data entry, reporting, and exception follow-ups

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong operational/administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)
• Ability to commit to a 3-6 month internship period
