Responsibilities
- Operate licensed class vehicles and determine efficient routes
- Deliver goods on time and safely according to customer requirements
- Deliver product to satellite locations, rotate inventory, and process paperwork
- Assist in warehouse loading, palletizing product, and pulling orders
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure routine vehicle maintenance
- Report accidents, injuries, or equipment damage immediately
- Inspect trailers and visit weigh stations to ensure compliance with state safety regulations
Requirements
- Completion of CDL truck driving school
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class A or Class B
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a physical exam
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of route delivery experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience driving straight trucks
