Transportation Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and professional door-to-door transportation for passengers
• Assist passengers in and out of vehicles when needed
• Use a company-provided app to manage ride assignments and clock in/out
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding delays or changes
• Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections
• Collect passenger fares and deliver to the supervisor
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and HIPAA protocols
• Keep accurate trip logs and submit incident reports

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid VA or nearby NC driver's license
• Ownership of a reliable sedan or van (under 12 years old)
• Clean driving record with no DUIs or major violations
• Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug/alcohol screening
• Comfortable using a smartphone
• Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
