Transportation Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate straight trucks to transport goods and materials safely and timely
• Comply with legislation regarding carriage of goods, hours of service, and customs
• Check cargo documentation and record hours of service, distance, and fuel consumption
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations promptly
• Use cross-border and e-logs software and communication technology
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and performing warehouse duties

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• DZ license
• Current Personal Driver's Abstract
• FAST Card or valid Passport for border crossing
• Ability and willingness to travel to the USA
• Strong mechanical aptitude for routine vehicle maintenance
• Ability to meet organizational insurance requirements
