About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic logistics and daily execution of the academy's complex school transportation system
- Oversee daily student routing, specialized transport, and intricate athletic team travel schedules
- Perform office-based operations including route optimization, safety compliance, and driver scheduling
- Serve as an active, hands-on driver for daily routes and school events as needed
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance protocols
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing complex logistics, scheduling, or multi-tiered routing systems
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Willingness to balance administrative duties with active driving responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
