Transportation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic logistics and daily execution of the academy's complex school transportation system
• Oversee daily student routing, specialized transport, and intricate athletic team travel schedules
• Perform office-based operations including route optimization, safety compliance, and driver scheduling
• Serve as an active, hands-on driver for daily routes and school events as needed
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing complex logistics, scheduling, or multi-tiered routing systems
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Willingness to balance administrative duties with active driving responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
