Transportation and Material Processor

Responsibilities

• Code and approve invoices related to transportation costs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the production planning cycle, including carrier assignment and shipment coordination
• Coordinate with customers to investigate and resolve lost or delayed shipments
• Schedule and prepare shipping documentation for LTL (less-than-truckload) and full truckload shipments
• Prepare international shipping paperwork using internal and external systems
• Collaborate with logistics vendors to support project requirements and meet service expectations

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow workflows from beginning to end and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with customers and vendors
• Willingness to learn and adapt as new projects and processes are introduced

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a warehouse environment
• Some college coursework or degree completion
