Transportation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational volumes and ensure weekly and daily operational capacity plans
• Analyze capacity gaps versus plans and work with execution teams to optimize delivery station volume
• Investigate deviations in critical planning assumptions such as packages per route and average package size
• Configure Amazon system settings to define and monitor capacity utilization for different operation types
• Transform volume forecast inputs into operational execution plans
• Interact with stakeholders across the AMZL network to ensure daily plan execution
• Support leadership with data analysis for rapid and accurate decision-making

Requirements

• Completed University degree
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL or other data programming languages
