About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to electronic and telephonic inquiries from local branches
- Process Title, Sales Tax, and Registration for new units
- Update ownership information on titles for current units
- Reconcile invoices and payments to vendors
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely documentation
- Ensure company vehicles comply with State Motor Carrier regulations
- Review monthly payment reports for accuracy
- Maintain records for new and existing company vehicle purchases
- Process incoming toll bills and review vehicle listings
Requirements
- Prior experience processing Title documents
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree in business administration
- Experience with Monday.com
- Past experience with fleet management
