Transportation Administrator

Responsibilities

• Respond to electronic and telephonic inquiries from local branches
• Process Title, Sales Tax, and Registration for new units
• Update ownership information on titles for current units
• Reconcile invoices and payments to vendors
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely documentation
• Ensure company vehicles comply with State Motor Carrier regulations
• Review monthly payment reports for accuracy
• Maintain records for new and existing company vehicle purchases
• Process incoming toll bills and review vehicle listings

Requirements

• Prior experience processing Title documents
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in business administration
• Experience with Monday.com
• Past experience with fleet management
