Transport Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective on-site management of company operations
• Supervise daily operational activities for assigned work areas, including job sites or yards
• Maintain safe, productive, and efficient work activities
• Review pre-job system evaluations daily to identify and mitigate hazards
• Complete and submit required paperwork, including timesheets, inspections, and maintenance requests
• Act as a professional liaison to resolve customer, employee, or contractor concerns
• Communicate and enforce all site rules
• Assist engineering with project solutions and interpret engineered drawings

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the industry
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic skidding and gantry systems
• 3-5 years of experience in transport operations, rigging operations, and equipment
• Knowledge of transportation regulations under regional governing agencies
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet company competence and training matrix requirements
