Transport Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day transport operations at the Kemps Creek site to ensure seamless execution
• Manage and develop direct reports and the driver workforce to drive operational efficiency
• Maintain superior service levels by proactively managing customer relationships and meeting contracted KPIs
• Communicate consistently with on-site customers and external stakeholders to satisfy operational demands
• Analyse equipment and tasks to optimize resource utilization, routes, and subcontractor management
• Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring strict adherence to Safety, COR, and Quality and Compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing new policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience within the Transport or Logistics industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, high-performance teams
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in using diverse system capabilities and a commitment to following processes
• Self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving operational results
