Transport Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Last Mile operations and transport services to ensure efficient delivery to stores and end customers
• Coordinate delivery zones (logistics HUBs) and hold weekly meetings with transport partners
• Monitor key KPIs including service quality, costs, and operational efficiency
• Organize and optimize routes for deliveries to/from stores, external warehouses, and end customers
• Manage transport agreements, including negotiation, fleet availability, and freight settlement
• Control transport costs by reviewing invoices and managing pallet returns
• Analyze market trends to identify new logistical opportunities and continuous improvement areas
• Prepare reports, databases, and presentations for sales and transport stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Intermediate English level (B1/B2) for international communication
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for commuting to the center
