Transport Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with vehicle providers for both dry and refrigerated transportation needs
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with transport vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
• Develop and implement processes to onboard owner-driver vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards and compliance requirements
• Conduct on-field sourcing activities to identify and engage potential transport partners, aligning with sales team requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport sourcing or logistics management
• Proven experience in managing both dry and refrigerated transportation
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience in onboarding owner-driver vehicles and conducting field sourcing activities
• Existing network of vendor partners in the transportation industry
