About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot boutique openings and special projects (pop-ups, retail and branding events) by building core logistics models and managing timelines.
- Define logistical and transport prerequisites based on specific geographic zones.
- Coordinate with internal Supply Chain teams (Sales Admin, Logistics, Planning) and represent logistics in cross-functional steering committees.
- Deploy transport solutions for international export and last-mile delivery, including participating in tenders and selecting carriers.
- Orchestrate the rollout of new transport routes, managing documentation, administrative formalities, and SOPs.
- Implement transport solutions for non-standard sized products and define product return/transfer methodologies.
- Support the Transport Manager in implementing new import/export flows and mapping existing logistical flows.
- Monitor performance through reporting on delivery times and costs.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or transport project management.
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in French, English, and Spanish.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Monday.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience working within SAP or WMS environments.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to anticipate needs.
