About the role
Responsibilities
- Own daily route planning and end-to-end transport scheduling across the Benelux network
- Collaborate with external carriers, fleet managers, and hub teams to align availability with volume demands
- Test and simulate new routing scenarios to boost efficiency
- Act as the primary contact for regional distribution hubs to facilitate supply chain communication
Requirements
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and complex routing analysis
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Readiness to work weekend shifts as part of a rostered schedule
- Prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, or transport planning is a plus
