About the role
Responsibilities
- Efficiently utilize the Culina networks fleet
- Plan loads centrally for all Culina Chill sites
- Assemble 400+ multi-drop/consolidated loads in every 24-hour period
- Plan approximately 200+ collections to client agreed KPIs
- Resource correct transport requirements for each site to minimize subcontracting
- Liaise daily with Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, and Customer Service
- Proactively look for conscientious improvements and deal with operational issues
- Handle client requests and other duties as required
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good geographical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Proactive decision maker
Preferred Qualifications
- CPC qualification is desirable but not essential
