Transport Partner Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard new Transport Partners (TPs) in the French market
• Deliver training and support to ensure partners meet quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for TPs regarding accounts, jobs, and platform usage
• Assign jobs to appropriate TPs and negotiate rates to ensure profitability and satisfaction
• Monitor TP performance, compliance, and service quality to reduce cancellations
• Provide customer support on service days, troubleshooting issues and meeting deadlines
• Manage administrative tasks including proof of delivery, invoicing, and pricing updates

Requirements

• Proven track record in fast-paced customer service or telesales roles
• Fluent in both French and English
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and active listening skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends, aligned with French operating hours
• Based in Cape Town
