Transport Operator

Responsibilities

• Act as the daily interface between customers, drivers, and internal company departments
• Prepare, organize, and optimize transport operations from loading sites to final delivery
• Plan deliveries by identifying capacity needs across specific geographic zones
• Monitor deliveries and proactively inform customers of any potential delays or issues
• Maintain activity tracking tools, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate and lead a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with all instructions and safety guidelines
• Record and manage customer orders

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in Logistics and Transport (e.g., BTS/DUT Gestion Logistique et Transport)
• Previous experience in road transport management
• Proficiency in Google tools and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work within a schedule spanning between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to various stakeholders
• High level of rigor, organization, and teamwork skills
