Transport Operator

Responsibilities

• Act as the daily interface between customers, drivers, and internal company departments
• Prepare, organize, and optimize transport operations from loading sites to final delivery
• Plan deliveries by identifying capacity needs across specific geographic zones
• Monitor deliveries and proactively inform customers of any potential delays or issues
• Maintain activity tracking tools, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate and lead a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with company instructions
• Process and record customer orders

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in Logistics or Transport (e.g., BTS/DUT Gestion Logistique et Transport)
• Previous experience in road transport management
• Proficiency in Google tools and Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with a proactive and rigorous approach to problem-solving
