Transport Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for transport partnerships with travel operators and government bodies to optimize visitor and team member access to the resort complex.
• Act as the principal point of contact for rail operators, bus companies, airlines, airports, car fleet managers, and ride-share operators.
• Develop, negotiate, and conclude commercial agreements to ensure frictionless arrival and departure for all guests and staff.
• Collaborate with External Affairs, Real Estate Development, Legal, and Finance to secure advantageous arrangements at key transport nodes.
• Partner with international UDX colleagues to import best practices for seamless guest arrival experiences.
• Coordinate the development of construction traffic management plans and participate in operational working groups during the construction phase.

Requirements

• Progressive experience managing travel and transport partnerships with both public and private stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing multi-modal transport solutions within large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills across multiple vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Established professional networks among operational transport providers, including bus, rail, and aviation sectors.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree or technical qualification in transport planning or a related discipline.
