Transport Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize export operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with transporters for on-time truck placement and manage the digitalization of track and trace via Project44.
• Oversee complete export activities, including scrutiny of LC & SI, shipping line bookings, and vessel plans.
• Liaise with CHAs, freight forwarders, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customs clearance and unit condition.
• Monitor vessel movements and provide regular updates to sales administration and customers.
• Manage monthly spot quotations, container availability (LCL, FCL, Air freight), and monthly forecasts with nominated carriers.
• Update daily MIS reports and maintain ocean freight data in ERP-LN to facilitate commercial invoice release.
• Handle local/gateway EGM & IGST updates and manage month-end provisions to Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in logistics or export operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI, ERP-LN, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience using OTM and Project44.
• Proven experience handling export shipments and direct interaction with end customers.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with a self-driven work ethic.
