Transport Driver

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations
• Drive tank trucks or tractors/trailers to transport petroleum products safely and efficiently
• Follow all federal, state, and local laws, as well as site-specific standard operating procedures for loading and offloading
• Communicate all safety, environmental, and equipment incidents according to company procedures
• Maintain and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures

Requirements

• Active Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Active Hazardous Materials and Tank Vehicle endorsements
• Valid DOT medical card
• Ability to drive interstate
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts and work hours beyond the standard schedule
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather, work at heights of 30+ feet, and lift/push/pull 50-65 lbs
