Responsibilities

• Economic and efficient dispatching of own and third-party vehicles
• Optimization of delivery processes
• Dispatching silo vehicles for demanding feed transports
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Scheduling drivers and active management of attendance
• Monitoring driving, rest, and working times
• Recording working hours and driver expense reports
• Procurement of consumables and materials such as work clothing

Requirements

• Commercial training with a focus on logistics is an advantage
• Experience in employee and vehicle dispatching
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Structured thinking and organizational talent
• Ability to work independently and high level of reliability
• Strong communication skills with customers, drivers, and subcontractors
