Transport Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily operational activities of vehicles and drivers to ensure continuous and regular transport activities.
• Monitor the technical condition of vehicles, manage potential faults, and maintain contact with repair partners to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage and update transport documentation, including trip documents, logs, and electronic waybill processing systems.
• Maintain communication with the Logistics Scheduling organization and external partners to ensure efficient task execution.
• Participate in managing emergency situations, providing necessary notifications, and supporting recovery processes according to regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary vocational qualification.
• Proven experience in the transport sector or in technical supervision of heavy vehicles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various organizational departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with a responsible and precise approach to work.
