Transport Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate heavy vehicle and driver movements for Linehaul and local service works
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders and QE-West clients regarding daily operations
• Manage maintenance coordination for trucks and trailers in conjunction with Asset Coordinators
• Ensure driver and vehicle compliance with HSE, Main Roads, and company policies
• Prepare work rosters, shift schedules, and conduct daily toolbox meetings
• Oversee subcontractor compliance and ensure contracts are serviced according to terms
• Monitor cartage dockets and operational documents for accuracy and compliance
• Issue and review Journey Management Plans in coordination with HSE
• Utilize Qube Connect daily to optimize freight operations and track driver timesheets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Proven experience in contract management and supplier delivery
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• A strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Oil and Gas operations
