Transport Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure transport deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to meet customer expectations and safety guidelines
• Process driver run sheets and upload Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, PODs, and compliance
• Utilize SharePoint and provide daily administrative support to Operations, Admin, and Support teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment
• Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe, and effective service
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge within the rail transport industry
• Experience using Blue Yonder or SAP
