Transport Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and process orders via telephone, fax, or email
• Enter customer orders into the system, including delivery schedules, products, vehicles, and contact details
• Provide information and support to customers
• Monitor and transmit customer information to transport operators
• Manage and organize the transport planning schedule
• Maintain contact with carriers and drivers

Requirements

• BAC +2 degree in transport, logistics, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or logistics management role preferred
• Proficiency with IT and computer tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously with a sense of initiative and teamwork
