About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and process orders via telephone, fax, or email
- Enter customer orders into the system, including delivery schedules, products, vehicles, and contact details
- Provide information and support to customers
- Monitor and transmit customer information to transport operators
- Manage and organize the transport planning schedule
- Maintain contact with carriers and drivers
Requirements
- BAC +2 degree in transport, logistics, or an equivalent field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or logistics management role preferred
- Proficiency with IT and computer tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously with a sense of initiative and teamwork
