Transport Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage TMS master data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Book and optimize transport to improve service levels and reduce costs
• Coordinate with warehouses, customer service, transporters, and customers
• Monitor transporter performance and follow up on KPIs
• Validate monthly order rates and resolve discrepancies
• Handle self-billing to ensure accurate settlements
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable on invoice and payment issues
• Drive continuous improvement in transport processes
• Provide back-up support to Customer Service Coordinators during peak periods

Requirements

• Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain
• Knowledge of transport systems and booking processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tools
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Knowledge of freight cost structures
• Proficiency in other European languages
