Transport/AUX Process Leader

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize AUX systems, including air compressors, vacuum pumps, RTO, boilers, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Drive energy system optimization with a specific focus on reducing gas consumption.
• Lead and organize projects within the transport section and process plants to improve asset utilization.
• Implement Best Business Practice ideas and promote a Lean culture and mindset through continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors for equipment repairs and machinery maintenance.
• Organize necessary technical training for operators involved in the maintenance of transport systems.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and propose technical solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in industrial or energy maintenance.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Solid understanding of complex technical and energy systems.
• Strong leadership skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Active English speaker.
