Transport Assistant

Responsibilities

• Request transport quotations from various providers
• Approve quotations with the sales administration department
• Finalize delivery documents including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and carrier labels
• Coordinate transport in compliance with customer expectations
• Track deliveries and communicate tracking via shared files
• Communicate proofs of delivery
• Manage delivery disputes
• Participate in project groups
• Organize and prioritize tasks within the warehouse

Requirements

• BTS or DUT in logistics and transport
• 2 years of experience in an equivalent role
• Strong organizational skills and reactivity
• Good level of English
• Rigor and team spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Mastery of CACES E489 Categories 1/3/5
• IATA/ADR/IMDG dangerous goods accreditation
