About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement and control logistics processes at the service center in Bogotá, ensuring productivity and efficient delivery/reception operations.
  • Monitor daily service center activities to ensure alignment with established operational procedures and principles.
  • Evaluate package status at the station, controlling daily inventory and the status of returns and delivery reversals.
  • Track management indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • Provide oversight for service center processes, including 5S, Safety, and operational productivity.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics operations with team leadership experience.
  • Experience managing 3PL providers in distribution or storage centers.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and last-mile distribution.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and Agile methodologies (Lean tools and agile project management).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, BigQuery, or Python.
  • Proficiency in Office / G-Suite.
  • Availability for onsite work in Bogotá, Monday to Saturday, in a fixed shift from 04:00 am to 12:00 pm.
