Transport Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with service levels for parcel processing and dispatch
• Monitor and control operations executed by third-party logistics providers
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and operational risks
• Perform operational performance analysis to investigate root causes of productivity deviations and propose corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with established Excellence Programs for SVCs in San Juan

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
• Experience in transport and logistics operations
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple internal areas (Operations, Planning, OpEx, etc.)
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday on-site in San Juan
