About the role
Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers with relevant paperwork
- Complete customer and Stobart KPIs
- Input trailer numbers into internal tracking systems
- Monitor service boards for correct trailer week numbers
- Liaise with drivers via gate communication systems
- Complete daily compliance tasks
- Update and maintain manning levels
- Perform internal reporting duties
- Download vehicle and driver digital tachographs
- Manage transport systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Effective workload prioritization skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Transport and Logistics environments
