About the role
Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers with all relevant paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Complete customer and Stobart KPIs
- Input correct trailer numbers into the internal tracking system
- Monitor service board for correct week numbers on depot trailers
- Liaise with drivers via gate communication system regarding site procedures
- Complete daily tasks for compliance purposes
- Update and maintain correct manning levels
- Perform internal reporting duties
- Download vehicle and driver digital tachographs
- Manage transport systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Effective workload prioritization to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Transport and Logistics environment
