About the role

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch drivers with all relevant paperwork
  • Complete customer and Stobart KPIs
  • Input trailer numbers into internal tracking systems
  • Monitor service boards for correct trailer week numbers
  • Liaise with drivers via gate communication systems regarding site procedures
  • Complete daily compliance tasks
  • Update and maintain manning levels
  • Perform internal reporting duties
  • Download vehicle and driver digital tachographs
  • Manage transport systems

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Knowledge of transport and logistics environments (desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Strong workload prioritization skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
