About the role

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch drivers with all relevant paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Complete customer and Stobart KPIs as required
  • Input correct trailer numbers into the internal tracking system
  • Monitor the service board for correct trailer week numbers
  • Liaise with drivers via the gate communication system regarding site procedures
  • Complete daily tasks for compliance purposes
  • Update and maintain correct manning levels
  • Perform internal reporting duties
  • Download vehicle and driver digital tachographs
  • Manage transport systems

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Knowledge of Transport and Logistics environment (desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Strong workload prioritization skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
