About the role
Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers with all relevant paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Complete customer and Stobart KPIs as required
- Input correct trailer numbers into the internal tracking system
- Monitor the service board for correct trailer week numbers
- Liaise with drivers via the gate communication system regarding site procedures
- Complete daily tasks for compliance purposes
- Update and maintain correct manning levels
- Perform internal reporting duties
- Download vehicle and driver digital tachographs
- Manage transport systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Knowledge of Transport and Logistics environment (desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong workload prioritization skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
