About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle movements by booking vehicles in and out of the Ochils site
- Act as a key point of contact for drivers, hauliers, visitors, contractors, and internal teams
- Maintain and update the transport management system
- Issue accurate documentation and support loading schedules
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
- Support customer orders, shared inboxes, reports, returns, purchase orders, and transport invoices
Requirements
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to provide overtime cover across day or night shifts when required
- Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off dayshift pattern (06:15 to 18:30)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in transport, traffic, logistics, or warehouse administration
- Knowledge of Transporeon or Syteline
