About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure POD and Return processes follow site policy
  • Book in customer collections and deliveries
  • Complete relevant paperwork and investigate collection queries
  • Chase outstanding PODs and ensure all paperwork is returned
  • Liaise with other depots and external contacts
  • Manage inbound diary for all customers
  • Control period end spreadsheets and report outstanding PODs daily
  • Organize and store documents and computer-based information

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to manage own time to achieve targets
