About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure POD and Return processes follow site policy
- Book in customer collections and deliveries
- Complete relevant paperwork and investigate collection queries
- Chase outstanding PODs and ensure all paperwork is returned
- Liaise with other depots and external contacts
- Manage inbound diary for all customers
- Control period end spreadsheets and report outstanding PODs daily
- Organize and store documents and computer-based information
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to manage own time to achieve targets
