Transplant District Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for the designated region to drive brand strategy implementation.
• Supervise and coach medical representatives to ensure high-quality product information delivery and academic promotion.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to advance brand strategies within the territory.
• Conduct regular field visits with medical representatives to provide guidance and feedback.
• Participate in the selection, recruitment, training, and coaching of medical representatives.
• Evaluate team performance regularly and assist in developing individual growth plans and talent pipelines.
• Promote and uphold a culture of compliance, ensuring all activities adhere to company and institutional regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 1+ years of management experience with a proven track record of high performance.
• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Nursing, Biology, or a related field.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills regarding regional business opportunities.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage human resources and team efficiency.
