Transmission Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transmission projects including planning, engineering, procurement, and construction
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, permitting, and operations teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, customers, and regulatory agencies
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Monitor project performance and provide executive-level reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage contractor and vendor performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience managing utility, transmission, or energy infrastructure projects
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary project teams
• Strong knowledge of transmission systems and utility operations
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• PMP certification
• Experience with transmission line, substation, and grid modernization projects in the US or Canada
• Knowledge of NERC, FERC, and utility regulatory requirements
