About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects for institutional retirement plan clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary interface during platform service transitions.
  • Create detailed project plans, provide regular status updates, and ensure on-time delivery of services.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment to deliver institutional offers.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks or issues related to moderately complex implementations.
  • Address client and business partner challenges, questions, and concerns throughout the transition process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Ability to obtain Series 6 or 7 registration within 120 days of hire.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage detailed timelines.
  • Strong client relationship management skills for handling institutional clients.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks in complex implementation environments.
  • Professional communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree preferred.
  • Experience in retirement plan administration or institutional financial services.
  • Familiarity with navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities regarding client transition challenges.
