About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for institutional retirement plan clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary interface during platform service transitions.
- Create detailed project plans, provide regular status updates, and ensure on-time delivery of services.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment to deliver institutional offers.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks or issues related to moderately complex implementations.
- Address client and business partner challenges, questions, and concerns throughout the transition process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional work experience (5+ years preferred).
- Ability to obtain Series 6 or 7 registration within 120 days of hire.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage detailed timelines.
- Strong client relationship management skills for handling institutional clients.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks in complex implementation environments.
- Professional communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree preferred.
- Experience in retirement plan administration or institutional financial services.
- Familiarity with navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities regarding client transition challenges.
