Transit Hub Lead

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and support the work of Frontline Team Members to ensure effective task execution and a positive team environment
• Provide high-level customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and assisting with the transportation network
• Demonstrate and provide instructions to clients on ridership applications and other technology offerings
• Work cross-functionally with team members to identify field issues and propose meaningful solutions
• Track relevant client ridership data and vehicle arrival/departure data
• Represent the TransWest brand with a professional appearance and a passion for world-class service
• Provide relevant customer feedback to leadership to support a culture of process improvement

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proven ability to lead peers and coordinate shift activities
• Experience working in the transportation industry preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to walk and stand for the entirety of a shift
• Proficient English communication skills
