Transit Hub Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service by greeting clients and assisting them in navigating the transportation network
• Demonstrate and provide instructions to clients on ridership applications and other technology offerings
• Represent the brand with a professional appearance and approachable demeanor
• Track relevant client ridership data and vehicle arrival/departure information
• Work cross-functionally with team members to identify field issues and propose solutions
• Communicate relevant transportation information and provide feedback to leadership to support process improvement

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient English communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to walk and stand for the entirety of a shift
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the transportation industry
