Transit Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Assist transit customers with boarding, exiting, and fare vending machines
• Support riders with disabilities and provide customer service during transit events
• Direct passengers at stations and help with bus bridges, shuttles, and detours
• Inspect station areas and help maintain cleanliness and safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• Working cell phone with WiFi/data capability
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfort using apps, including Transit App
• Strong customer service and public interaction skills
