About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist transit customers with boarding, exiting, and fare vending machines
- Support riders with disabilities and provide customer service during transit events
- Direct passengers at stations and help with bus bridges, shuttles, and detours
- Inspect station areas and help maintain cleanliness and safety
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18 or older
- Working cell phone with WiFi/data capability
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfort using apps, including Transit App
- Strong customer service and public interaction skills
