About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly of transformer active parts, including coils, rods, PSP, rings, cylinders, and angle irons.
  • Execute connections, yoke closure, cable fixation frames, and active part pressing according to technical drawings.
  • Set up workstations by organizing and verifying necessary materials for production.
  • Perform finishing of connections before and after transformer drying processes.
  • Execute assembly and pressing of upper yoke plates for transformers and reactors.
  • Adhere to all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements and quality standards.
  • Promote continuous process improvement and respect environmental and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Availability to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical training or vocational certification.
  • Previous experience in transformer assembly.
