Transformation Strategy Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of complex analytical studies including market entry evaluations and digital transformation readiness
• Develop comprehensive business transformation roadmaps and define strategic initiatives
• Facilitate executive workshops and conduct senior stakeholder interviews to co-create solutions
• Manage project teams across the full delivery lifecycle from problem framing to final presentation
• Serve as a primary strategic partner to senior client stakeholders (Director to VP level)
• Frame ambiguous business problems using structured consulting methodologies like issue trees and hypothesis-driven approaches
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into insight-driven narratives
• Structure and lead engagement teams of junior and mid-level strategists
• Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital through proprietary frameworks and methodologies

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or advisory
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream projects and manage project teams
• Strong business acumen including P&L analysis and market dynamics evaluation
• Fluency in structured problem solving and hypothesis generation
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Experience mentoring junior team members in a project-based environment
• MBA or advanced degree in Strategy, Marketing, Digital Transformation, or related field
• Working knowledge of AI strategy and data/technology enablement
